Water slide poem

Compose a poem about the water slide

I stood there waiting to finish rifle shooting, as we finished I bolted to the water slide. My pants were togs and shirt was smooth, I sat down and slid smoothly down. Then there was a splash, I’d hit the puddle waiting for me at the bottom. Then ran as fast as a cheater to the top. I’d mastered the technique.

My first school camp

Camp recount

In the past couple of days me and the senior school where at camp. On the first day we did the flying fox but instead of sitting we were hooked up to a harness. Then we did the airo jump which I couldn't do because my toe started bleeding out with blood and puss.

That night I couldn't get any sleep because Lucas, Sanele and Dion kept talking, I got to sleep at one am and woke up at six am.

On the second day we did team building, we had go around in an eight and get back to the same spots. There were two poles and one on top we had to get up one of the two poles and shimmy across to the middle before going upside down and dropping. Then there was a three meters high wall we had to get up by pushing each other up.

Then we did the climbing wall which I wasn't going to do but I tried it and enjoyed it. I completed the first one which was easiest and nearly did the second which was slightly harder. Then we did archery and rifle shooting and whoever got a bulls eye Miss Holland would be your slave for dinner. Straight to the water slide for an hour and a half.

That night I told Mr Norman on Lucas because he kept talking. The last day we cleaned up and then did orienteering for 40 minutes then did go karting which I crashed two times on.

I really enjoyed this camp and I am exited for camp 2020.
